SynopsisThe film’s narrator and main character is former U.S. Department of Defense official Lue Elizondo, who alleges the existence of a secret government program that has investigated and concealed evidence of extraterrestrial intelligence for over 80 years. It features interviews with a variety of people, including 34 former and present US government officials, who claim “the United States has been secretly working to capture UFOs since 1947.” Former director of the U.S. government’s UAP task force Jay Stratton claims there is a race among governments to reverse engineer alien technology: “The first country that cracks the code on this technology will be the leader for years to come. This is similar to The Manhattan Project; this is the atomic weapon on steroids.”[7][8]
