I’ve seen many firenados (vortex) in my 32-year career as a Wildland Firefighter. I’ve even captured a few on video. But, damn this absolutely takes the cake. Mother Nature is pissed in more ways than one. Paul Bryan Womack

There seems to be more than one fire vortex recorded. Firenado is the media term.
