Merde!!!!1!1! I thought the .45-70 revolver was a big’un – I guess not. Did you click through and watch the YouTube of the guy firing a .600 NE Thompson Center single shot offhand? If gun control (per the bumper sticker) means holding on with both hands, the shooter is not a gun control advocate. Am I right in guessing that $16k could buy me a utilitarian nitro double rifle (not that I have that kind of money lying around)?
Personally, I have a weakness for the Linebaughs on a Bisely frame – much better aesthetics (IMHO) than some of the other heavy artillery. While I’m rambling about pistols – what I’d really like: a .32 H&R Mag 5-shot short barrel (3″?) kit gun – maybe bird’s head grips (stag)?

I see they recommend a bipod and a stock further down. From a pistol to a rifle it seems.
You could get a decent plain double rifle for “only” 12,000.
I really like those Linebaugh guns and if I ever had the $$…
