

I was surprised that they were this far east. Apparently, they really like the Torngat Mts in Labrador.

When I took the Saw Whet into rehab in December, I talked to the tech there about eagles. They have a large purpose built pen there for raptors that is one of two in the world. They get mostly bald eagles but they had a golden once and she said it was like a velociraptor. She said it was about the only animal she worked with that scared her. I think she said it was found at sea half drowned.
