An Arctic hare traveled at least 388 kilometers in a record-breaking journey
The trek is the longest ever recorded among hares and their relatives
I thought this might be interesting given Steve’s, and others, interest in coursing hares. One wonders if the hares in the southwest might do the same thing.
I always found it remarkable that one of the very few animals to live so far north and in the wide open was a hare.
