It is considered by some to be one of the worst movies ever made. The film introduced the infamous tagline “This time, it’s personal.”
I was reminded of the Jaws; The Revenge tagline. One of the intentionally dumbest witty lines ever.

Apparently, it was the best thing about the movie which I have never seen, thankfully.
