Today in Iran they recorded the highest ever heat index on earth.
A dewpoint of 36.1 degrees Celsius was recorded which created a heat index of 82.2 degrees Celsius and is equal to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
With the Persian Gulf at 34.9C (95F) the humidity level is extremely high in that region.
