The shop owner where I bought it has been open for 40+ years and also never seen one. Said it was a soldier bring back from Japan at some point.Yobata gun co. I am impressed. I knew the Japanese made some SXS guns but this really nice. I never heard of the name.
Sure looks like a typical Birmingham box lock to my eye.
