Found on a lake shore. To me it looks like some kind of gouge, perhaps for canoe making? The point is worn down but that would be expected if its actually that old. If I knew my groundstone chronology better, I could tell you what time period it came from, but it almost certainly came from between 3000 and 6000 years ago. Cora Woolsey
