Last summer my beloved 1881 8 ga. Parker Lifter developed a nasty crack in the stock. It was delivered to a guy that put in some reinforcements. I’m looking forward to having it back in action at the 2025 Spring Southern. Jeff Stegmeier

Is it a hack job? No. Could it be done better? Yes. Texture on the dowls, something for the epoxy to grab. Check out Mark Novak on YT. He does repairs like this many times.
