Not surprised either. Everybody seems to have horses here. Many can’t seem to take care of them. No shelter. Enclosures too small and I don’t know what they do with them. I never see anybody on a horse. Their main purpose seems to be to eat money. Horses and boats, two fast ways to out live your means.
