This mapographer had set out to map all the watersheds of the world, in other words, the territories drained by a single river, its tributaries and rivers.
A work of goldsmithing that resulted in magnificent images that are both scientifically astonishing and artistically striking. 🎨

British Columbia (pic) has 1,033 Provincial Parks covering 14 million hectares. Maintained throughout the seasons by Parks B.C. (Full of Bears, Moose, Deer, Geese, and Beaver). Receiving more than 23 million visitors per year.

​I have been wanting to see a map like that. It comes with big reservations as some of those shown will have limitations. They log parks out west, etc.
