I ate at a Brazilian restaurant in the states once. Mostly a beef only menu. All I remember was salt. About the saltiest meal I can remember. That was a deal breaker for me.

Brazil having a lot of cattle is one of the known reasons driving deforestation there, so no surprise, African countries have a lot of cattle because they have strong cattle owning cultures, also no surprise. India having a ton of cattle is not surprise (cows are sacred and cannot be killed), what IS surprising is the number of cattle in Pakistan and China.
