I have seen modern art not much different.
That said the post replies went on and on about if it was faked or not. I agree it looks suspicious but will reserve judgement.
In Tripwire, it is revealed that (Piet) Mondrian is his favorite artist, and Composition in Red, Blue, and Yellow is his favorite Mondrian piece.
I read Tripwire this winter. In it, Reacher looks at of a copy of this Piet Mondrian in rapture. I assume that makes it Lee Child’s favorite, as well. I was surprised it was in the story.
I don’t get it but as abstract and modern goes, it clinches it.
It takes me back to my MFA modern art exhibit visit with all the pix of cones and cubes. I sort of breezed through that section.
