I couldn’t help but be reminded of this. I didn’t realize how much art imitates life there.
Some years ago my dad rented an SUV and drove the White Rim Trail in Canyonlands. We got to camp down in the canyon and I even found a pool full of triops! Unfortunately I was not convinced you could actually take a vehicle through some of that stuff so I was terrified the whole time, haha.
