This rock is the westernmost point of the “coyote rocks” on our lambing ground, and as you can see, is a very interesting character. Sadly, it does not have a name. Accepting suggestions now.
You may as well name it "blog rock", because from now on you're probably just going to refer to it as "the rock that got its name from the blog" no matter what official name it gets ;-}
I think it looks like a Mandrill monkey head looking upwards. The mutes look like their facial striping and there is another white dot of a mute that looks like a Mandrill's beady little eye.
Hawk Slice Rock
How about the "Shrew Stone"…..L.B.
Hey, wait a minute–this isn't some kind of secret internet Rorschach test or anything, is it?….L.B.

blowing whale
It could be a number of things.. elephant seal, manatee or even a wild boar. Or, I have to get my medication checked 🙂
Sari
Looks like the head of an ancient snapper. Turtle Head would appropriate
Mighty vole
Number One Excellent Rock
"Splatter Point"
It looks like the head of a female walrus.
For the reading public, however, "Pit Bull Rock" seems appropriate.
whale head
looks like the head of a hog nose snake.
Hognose point?
Rocky
Pooh

It looks like a rat's head to me so I would call it Rat's Head Point.
I think it looks like a boar's nose too, but I agree with SmartDogs it's almost certainly going to end up as Blog Rock.
I'm going with "Trumpet Fish." See those well-exercised lips?
