Bransom did illustrations for the Charles G. D. Roberts books but I liked the Charles Livingston Bull ones better.
Bransom inspired the great Bob Kuhn.
Reminds me of the trained hawk in Disney’s Mulan: some sort of unholy falcon x goshawk hybrid.
