I’m trying to reach Stephen Bodio about a book review he wrote in approx 1981, on John McDaniel’s, “The Turkey Hunters Book”…
McDaniel is my father in law and we are honoring he and his works soon, and we would like a copy of that review
I would look at the 1981 reviews in Gray’s Sporting Journal as that is most likely were it is.
I talked to Grey’s and the current people running it, don’t have an archive prior to their owning it ( early 2000’s).
I have looked at every 1981 Grey’s for sale on eBay (all 4 issues) index, and there are no articles in the index’s by Bodio.
Why do you think it was 1981?
Because the book was published in 1980.
I’ll happily send you a copy if I can find one.
